7 The law of the Lord is perfect,
reviving the soul;
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple;
8 the precepts of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart;
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes;
9 the fear of the Lord is clean,
the rules of the Lord are true,
and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold,
even much fine gold;
sweeter also than honey
and drippings of the honeycomb.
11 Moreover, by them is your servant warned;
in keeping them there is great reward.
12 Who can discern his errors?
Declare me innocent from hidden faults.
13 Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins;
let them not have dominion over me!
Then I shall be blameless,
and innocent of great transgression.
14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in your sight,
O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Do we stop to consider our God? No, I mean really to consider Him?
For this is the Almighty God…the God of heaven and of the Holy Bible. He has created all things which we see, and all that we cannot see; yet have faith that it is there…and our faith in Him will never fail us.
For all that He IS capable of, He is not capable of misleading us or lying to us in anything, for God is not flesh, He is not a man and so given to the flaws of humanity. Consider what is said in scripture:
Of whom else can we say these same things? There is no one like the Great I Am! For He has existed from time unto time, there is no being who can say the same. He looked down at nothingness and from it He began to create.
He willed that there be a world from this vast nothingness…and it was so! Then He decided to bring light, and that was so as well.
Next, this Mighty God separated the light from the darkness as was His desire. And it was the end of the first day.
On day two, this most commanding Lord created the atmosphere and the ground water. On day three He pulled apart the dry land from the oceans with His mighty hands. He then made a system to water the earth’s trees and vegetation, which He also made on this day.
Day four was just as glorious as the first three, for the Lord of all created and set in motion the sun, moon, and all the stars and other planets of the heavens.
On day five came the creatures of the seas and the birds of the air. And then to complete His grand design, on the sixth day, God created all the land animals followed by Adam and then Eve.
What other being has even dared to lay claim to the creation of all these things? None can for there is but one God and all things are by His design. He owns all things and He keeps them moving and growing and living as He wishes.
Let us never forget this God, nor ever minimize what He has done in all the heavens and the earth! To God be the glory and majesty of all things and may His name be praised with all praise and honor from now unto eternity!
